We aim to improve the wellness, interaction and confidence of our service users by supplying fitness and wellbeing centred activities.
Our Health and Fitness class is tailored to help our vulnerable and isolated users to start moving and taking care of their wellbeing post-covid. This class aims to give you fitness tools to help you self-manage your conditions alongside providing a social group of your peers to encourage and support you.
